Order data
Order number and full UDID must both match for order recovery. UDID values are encrypted at rest and separately hashed for matching.
File storage
Certificate files are kept private and downloads use short-lived, order-bound access. Online IPA upload is disabled during the grey release.
Service providers and regions
The web service, queue, database, and cache run on Alibaba Cloud ECS; private certificate objects are stored with Alibaba Cloud OSS. Stripe and PayPal process payments, and the certificate supplier receives the UDID needed for device registration. Sentry receives redacted diagnostics only when configured.
Analytics and consent
Advertising analytics are disabled by default. Google Ads may be enabled only after consent and is configured not to send sensitive URLs or automatic page views.
Retention
Expired challenges, temporary capture handles, access grants, download links, and minimized payment event payloads are cleaned on a schedule. Certificate files are retained at least through the purchased warranty period; the final post-warranty deletion period requires operator legal approval before live payments.
